Why doesn't the Rhapsody PC program update the library I build on Rhapsody.com?
At work I only have access to the ever faulty Rhapsody.com and that is where I add most of the albums I like to my library. When I get home, I'd like to be able to just call up the Rhapsody program that's taking up room on my PC and listen but it hasn't even updated the library! Sometimes after weeks!! What the hell am I paying for if I have to keep accessing the bug-ridden website to listen to the music I added weeks ago?! The Rhapsody app on my iPod is johnny on the spot with that stuff, although it makes some songs skip and only plays half-songs, but at least it is updated with my new selections within minutes.
Reading the troubleshooting is a waste of time because it wants ME to manually reboot the program using backdoor codes. It's an update! Shouldn't that be the most basic function of an ever changing music library?!
