Eureka! I think I’ve got it! Actually, Ken posted this solution. I’m going to post this on all the topics that might be related. “Stuck on buffering” was the issue I had. Worked in the morning, not the evening, worked all day at my work site. Started early in February after years of good service. My setup: Dell XPS, Vista, U-Verse. Only used the .com site with Firefox, it didn’t work with explorer, and the app never worked with vista. I tried some of the fixes suggested by Rhapsody, but I think they were only intended to keep us entertained... never helped. The solution (on my machine): Click on each in sequence: Control panel, Network and sharing center, manage network connections, Local area connection, properties, Internet protocol version 4(TCP/IPv4), properties, Use the following DNS server addresses, enter 8.8.8.8 in preferred DNS server, 8.8.4.4 in alternate DNS server, click OK. Close it. Go to Rhapsody, click playlists, Genre mixes, Blues, select # 22 Boogie Rockin’ BLUES, Turn up your speakers and click play. You’ll be rockin’, and you’ll be Happy!
Now, maybe Rhapsody or AT&T did this, I don’t know or care... it’s working. Good luck.
