How to determine my account email and password-android app automatically created account
When I setup an account using my android app..it automatically entered my information based on my verizon account and is now charging me monthly. i do not know my information and cannot sign in. if anyone could help me to figure out where i could access this, it would help alot. thanks!

Hi Nicoleshirilla,
When you signed up for Rhapsody on a Verizon phone through Verizon, the account is created with your phone number.
When you launch our application on your phone, there should be a button that says "Use my VCAST account". If you click on that button, you should get logged in with no problems.
Are you seeing something else when you try to launch our application on your phone?Comment -

Your password (if you need it) should be the same one you sign into VerizonWireless.com with for that same phone number. If you've never signed in there, you can create one there.
