HQ tag disappears, song won't play
I have my iphone app set to high quality downloads/low quality streaming. Frequently, the app will seem to "lose" the HQ tag on a song, and then won't play it. The app freezes until I manually skip the song. If I remove download then download again, it's fixed, but then sometimes that very same track will "lose" its HQ tag again.

There is a known issue in 2.2.8 cause by this mismatch of HQ settings. It should be resolved in the next release. Until then, you may have better results with HQ streaming as well as downloads.Comment

I can confirm on my Iphone 4, ios 5.1.1 with Rhapsody Version 2.2.11 that the HQ icon is missing on every single song I try to download or stream. I do have both setting set to HQ in the Rhapsody settings.-
Two things come to mind immediately:
* Some New Releases albums may not have HQ versions available right away.
* The HQ label doesn't show if you are downloading from the album page, a sampler, charts, etc. You should see it correctly in a playlist, My Library, or the Queue, and in Now Playing if HQ streams is on. -
