Please enable the tracks for download or refund my money immediately!
None of the songs I purchased downloaded after waiting several hours. i received a message: 'YOUR PURCHASE IS COMPLETE BUT YOUR MUSIC DIDN;T DOWNLOAD. PLEASE GO TO MY DOWNLOADS TO GET YOUR MUSIC.' However, when i go to My downloads, there is a messsge: HERE ARE THE TRACKS YOU PUCHASED. ANY MP3S THAT DO NOT DISPLAY A CHECKBOX HAVE ALREADY BEEN DOWNLOADED. None of the MP3s I purchased show a checkbox. I checked my email and I didn’t get a receipt, but I also checked my bank account and the purchase was charged and paid from my account.

If this is not the place to discuss, then your website should NOT have directed me here to resolve my issue. Realtime commerce requires realtime issue resolution - after all, in order to even use your FREE service I had to provide a credit card number. That said, I expect to recieve immediate resolution to my problem before I get back to the work week and don't have any time to put to writing letters regarding my money your company now has in your pocket and for which i have nothing to show for it.

That attitude won't get you very far, and plus, if you were so flustered by your download problem, you should have simply called their customer support number, which is also accessible from their website:

their support runs 7 days a week (not 24 hours though)
Also, not sure what "free service" you are referring to. Rhapsody is a paid subscription music service, and they also sell tracks without a subscription. Sounds like what you did was purchase tracks, and that's why they needed your credit card, so that you could pay for them. -

Well it got me a refund - I did call the customer support number after I found it! Free service was a promotion to 'Try Rhapsody' - shows how much you know. I didn't expect to download the tracks for free you idiot but I did expect to get the tracks I paid for! OBTW - the customer representative couldn't even get the tracks to download for me and thus my refund you fool -

Hi camc1, I can understand how upsetting your situation is. I see that the tracks are yet to be downloaded. Select "Save" upon prompt and save the file on to your 'Desktop'. Please follow the instructions given in the below link to download the purchased tracks:
