Where are the playlists?!
The playlists on Rhapsody was the big thing that pushed me to go to Rhapsody from Napster and stay a Rhapsody customer and now they're gone...Can someone at Rhapsody tell me where they went and why??

Hi Thea, how do you use Rhapsody, is it through the Rhapsody client software /Rhapsody.com /Mobile Apps.

Thanks for replying! WOW! I use Rhapsody.com at work and also use the apps on my android phone and ipod touch. I loved all of the random user created playlists (e.g. workout music, breakup music, best of the 90's grunge, etc.) and would browse those and add either the entire playlist or songs from that playlist to my personal Rhapsody lists.

On the phone app go to home page then guide book. There are some playlists in that guidebook section.

Had this problem but I started to review my settings. Changed my connection and upgraded player. After upgrade my playlists were there. Don't know if this will help anyone but my problem seemed to go away after these quick changes.

When I click on PLAYLIST a yellow banner pops up saying "the member you requested is not found". I can play music from the rhapsody site, but not any of my playlists. I've been playing from my playlists every day for about a year now.

I still can't fix it. Sarah, what do you mean by "change my connection" and "upgrade"?

Yes ... please add back the ability to search playlists created by other users. I love some of the decade ones created by other random people ... and I don't want to have to connect to my facebook or e-mail account to search people's playlists.

meg b... I checked for updates and downloaded the lastest. Regarding connection, while in your Rhapsody player go to "tools", "preferences" then select "connection"and change connection speed. This worked for me. Give it try and see if it helps you.

I can see my playlists on the web and the iphone app. But now I can't find other playlists. Where are they hiding?

So... here's my problem with Rhapsody. I love it, but I hate it at the same time. I finally have a service for music that is convenient and cheap enough that I don't have to pirate music anymore, which is awesome. However, Rhapsody keeps getting worse and worse. The new interface, in my opinion, is rather ugly. The new "social" feature is stupid. Most of the people with accounts are early adopters by at least some standards and have few friends with subscriptions. I have one... maybe, and I'm a yuppie, I'm the prime demo for this.
The worst part of all this is that we lost our beloved user-created playlists. I used to love to browse the playlists and find something interesting. I'm not very good at creating playlists with a wide variety, so I really enjoyed listening to what others thought were interesting or searching for a key term. Why was this removed?
Also, Rhapsody customer service blowz! The official rep asked the OP a question, and then never responded back to her. You guys suck. I'm so close to just going to spotify or one of the other subscription services.-

So, where are the solutions/answers to all these great questions? I'd love somebody at Rhapsody to chime in here at some point and get us some answers. Where are my playlists and where are rndom playlists created by others.????

I can see the playlist, but when I do a search (say for 90s), no playlists come up in search results, and it appears that playlist central is not being updated with new playlists. When are we going to be able to search for playlists?

I hate HATE this new look. Please go back to the good old Rhapsody that worked, had playlists and looked good!

Bring back an easy way to browse other peoples playlists - zero interest in using facebook
