Earlier today I was listening to some downloaded tracks and some that were not downloaded. Later this afternoon I had cleared out my now playing and went to put on another playlist I had downloaded, it said "Sorry, the playlist you requested is no long in your LIbrary.", yet when I go to my library, there it is, it's clearly there on my desktop, and the playlists are syncing straight from my computer as I add them, yet there are no tracks.
When I had the track downloaded I could go into offline mode and had zero problems. I took a drastic step and removed the app from my phone and redownloaded it hoping that would fix the problem but I had no such luck. I'm wondering why is it doing this to me all of a sudden.
I'm running this on a HTC Sensation, using Droid OS version 2.3.4, HTC Sense version 3.0 if that helps any. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this so I can redownload my tracks and enjoy my music on my android device again.

Why is Rhapsody saying playlists aren't in my library on my Android app?

I had the exact thing happen to me. I have enjoyed Rhapsody so far, but i will cancel if i can't get this resolved pretty soon.

Same thing is happening here. I have been having problems, for a while now, with songs stopping midway through or not playing at all, figured this maintenance session would maybe solve some issues. Now playlist are disappearing. Problems weren't resolved and now the situation is much worse.
Seeing that Rhapsody is not responding to this isn't showing much favor in getting this resolved. Hopefully it is being worked on and the lists don't disappear completely. That would be very upsetting. Next step for me is to bring this to the attention of Twitter and Facebook. Maybe that would help bring some quicker resolve from support. Tracy Solomon -

Same problem here. Playlists aren't there one minute. Then they show up, only to disappear again. Very frustrating
Haven't seen any response from rhapsody.

Given this is still happening for some of us, what is the fix we should apply, or do we just have to wait for Rhapsody to do something? I notice that the playlist in question's icon on my desktop is a lighter color than the rest of the icons, but with no explanation on mouseover.

Harry,
yeah...the playlists (for me anyway) have slowly been returning over the weekend. Looks like all is fine.

All appears to be working so far for me. So right now we're doing okay.

A playlist I created a couple days ago has disappeared. This has happened before & I was able to retrieve it by running dbclient, but now dbclient is missing as well... WTF??? Please fix this once & for all.
